| 1. How long distance of your remote controls?
R: The distance has been marked on the product page. According to our testing standards, the distance of KRG series is among 30m-300m and KLR series is among 1,000m-31,000m.
2. Is the antenna important? Can I remove the antenna?
R: Antenna is used to transmit/receive radio signal. It is very important for every RF product. There are external (eg. Spring antenna) and internal (eg. PCB antenna) antennas. The distance will be much shorter if the external antenna is removed, coz the power of radio can't be sent out. The circuit even may burn out especially for high power transmitters.
3. Why all your products work at 433.92MHz/315MHz/868MHz? Can I have different frequency?
R: The frequency band is controlled by the governments. But the governments open some frequency bands for ISM(Industrial Scientific Medical) using which are license-free. For example, 433.92MHz in Western Europe, 868MHz in Northern Europe and 315MHz in China & Japan.
We can make the product with special frequency for you if the frequency is license-free or you've got the license already.
4. How long is the battery life?
R: Battery life depends on 3 factors which are power consumption, battery capacity, and pressing times. Normally, the battery of KRG series can last over 1 year if short pressing 5 times every day. 5. What is coding type? What coding type do you have? R: The code is the information included in the signal. We mainly have 2 coding types for ASK/OOK products which are Learning code(1527) and Rolling code(HCS301/300). We use our private coding type for FSK, LoRa and paging system. 6. How long is your lead time? R: It depends on what and how many products you buy. We have stock for most models. Samples and small quantity can be shipped in 3 days. Bulk order is usually finished in 2-4 weeks. Customized products is 3-5 weeks.
7. Are all your products approved by CE/FCC? R: Many of our products are approved by CE/FCC. Please contact us for details. 8. How do you ship goods? R: We usually ship goods by express, air, sea, railway, truck and so on. We will recommend for you based on required time and cost. |
